Complaint Procedures
Complete the Air Quality Complaint Form or call 513-946-7777 to leave a report of an odor, smoke, dust or other air quality concern. The hotline number allows residents to report an air quality complaint 24 hours a day. To report a complaint during regular business hours, call 513-946-7777 and your call will be answered by a receptionist at the Agency. You will be asked for general information relating to your complaint, including your name, address and phone number. You may remain anonymous if you wish.

An Agency investigator may contact you to discuss the issue and obtain more details. Oftentimes, the investigator will make arrangements to make a site visit to verify the air quality problem. If the air quality problem is still present when the investigator arrives at your location, an attempt will be made to trace the origin/source of the problem.

Finally, the Agency will contact you to give any results of the complaint investigation. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the complaint program or procedure, please contact Kerri Castlen at 513-946-7738.
