The Southwest Ohio Air Quality Agency prepared and enacted an air sampling plan for the Winton Terrace and Spring Grove Village areas based upon recent concerns about air quality. Air quality monitoring was conducted from December 2018 through August 2019 to confirm the air quality in the Winton Terrace and Spring Grove Village areas does not pose a health risk.

Portable air quality monitoring began December 17, 2018. Twenty locations throughout Winton Terrace, Winton Hills, Spring Grove Village, Elmwood Place, and St. Bernard have been monitored for total volatile organic compounds (VOC). View the route map. The results are posted below:
